Policies
-All clients must come with healthy natural nails. If not, the appointment is at risk of being cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.
-A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $10 is required upon booking, and will go towards the cost of service.
-Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting the deposit fee. Fee will be refunded if canceled 24 hours or more in advance, or will go towards the next appointment if rescheduled.
-There is a 10-minute grace period. If you are running late please let me know!
-If any extra services are added outside of what was already booked, additional fees will be applied. (i.e. If you need a removal but do not include it as an add-on, the removal fee will be added to the cost of service).
-Clients accept any potential risks or side effects associated with receiving nail care services.
-Located in Arcadia, California. Address will be sent once the deposit has been received.
-In order to keep the appointment within a timely frame, please use the bathroom, eat, etc. prior to the appointment.
-No extra guests.
-Quiet appointments available upon request <3
-PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Cash and Zelle (preferred), Venmo, Apple Cash, Credit/Debit
For press-ons:
-Because press-ons are made to order and unique to you, they are NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, unless we have made a mistake on our end.
For travel appointments:
-There will be an additional fee of $20 added to the service (within 1-20 miles from studio). Additional miles are $0.50 per mile.
-Please ensure there will be a table where we can sit across from each other.
-Make sure to select “travel appointment” in the add-ons section if you would like me to travel to you! I will reach out for information once the appointment is confirmed.
